Vegan chocolate is coming to the aid of shelter animals. Rescue Chocolate , the small, Brooklyn based chocolate company which donates 100% of its profits to animal rescue organizations around the country, has chosen In Defense of Animals ,an international animal protection organization, for its September beneficiary.
